Veggie Tortilla Burrito

 

Ingredients

Tortilla wraps (wheat, 10
3 large carrots, diced
1 large onion
1/3 fresh sliced mushrooms
1 1⁄2 can beans (mild,medium or hot))
1⁄2 can salsa
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Cheddar cheese, grated (optional)

Directions
Saute vegetables till tender, add beans (refried in oil) and salsa. Put vegetable mixture into 10 large tortilla wraps, roll up and lay them in a flat baking dish, cover with grated cheddar cheese (optional). Bake in oven at 350 deg F till cheese is bubbly.Serve with hot sauce and sour cream.
